First let me tell you what not to do:
Start a miracle diet (what do the first three letters spell of DIEt?)
Start a special cleanse (most of you have a functional liver and kidneys)
Take a magical pill (I have pills too – but you won’t have functional kidneys for long)
You get my drift on what not to do. Now here’s what to do now!
Make a decision and get at it with a ton of emotion on your why!
Let me explain. The pain of being the same must be more then the pain of change. Once you realize this you can make up your mind to do something about it. Here’s a few examples:
You have an aha moment when you can’t keep up with your kids anymore and you realize that your health may not last to see them walk down the aisle.
You look at yourself in the mirror and finally realize that the feeling of disgust on the excess rolls is enough and you don’t want to feel that way anymore.
You trip and fall and can’t even get off the floor by yourself and this scares you.
These pain points are now greater than the actions you need to take in order to get the results you desire. It is now more important to begin logging your diet, taking two fifteen minutes walks a day and finally realizing that you may need a little help.
