Quit Being Stubborn and Just Ask for Help!

Whenever I post something about my individual programming, successes, or needing to hire good people, I have an internal battle every time due to my pride and trying to be viewed modestly. It’s funny as I tend to be viewed as an unashamed outgoing person. In all actuality, I am a very private person that likes to be by himself with his dogs most of the time and someone who tries to do it all himself. So, to put me out there and continue to market me and ask for help is tough.

If this is tough for me in a business I run, I bet it’s really tough for those of you who find yourself in a position in life where you feel lost or stuck. You probably have gotten there because you haven’t asked for help and tried going it on your own and now the cycle has gotten so bad that it’s even more difficult to admit you need help much less even take the step to ask for it.

This is why I commend and only have mad respect for those who bravely pick up the phone, message, or walk in to see me and my team. It takes “balls” to swallow your pride and do what needs to be done by asking for help. But when they do, amazing things begin to happen, and I see miracles daily. Small ones but real ones.

I help my clients get out of what I call “insanity cycles.” These are cycles in life that we think we are doing that needs to be done but we seem to keep getting into the same messes we are always in, and things continue to get worse over time such as weight gain, strength loss, and mental deterioration and more. I provide processes that I have refined over time that work about 99% of the time. The difference is I have dedicated my life to my craft, and I am damn good at it. This is why asking me for fitness advice is best rather than asking a chef. Now I want to cook a mean meal, I would ask a chef. Get my drift!
